Shoulder repair work will start Monday on Highway 89 between US 93 and Congress in both northbound and southbound lanes. Repair work will be underway 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, through Wednesday. Flagging and pilot-car operation will alternate travel through the work zone. Drivers should plan for delays and allow extra travel time.
