The Coconino County Sheriff’s Office has located the two women who were reported as missing persons, Carin Lamprakes and Kim McGowan. Officials say on March 22-nd, they received a missing person’s report on 51-year old Lamprakes from her sister who hadn’t heard from her in three weeks and was concerned for medical reasons. Lamprakes was believed to have been camping in her vehicle, somewhere in or around the Flagstaff area with McGowan and 2 small dogs. A DPS Trooper came in contact with the two women in the greater Phoenix area. Officials say nothing was found to be suspicious or to lead officers to believe they were endangered. The families of the women have been notified.
